Image initialization for squeaksource.com

Project Description

SSImageInit collects various ad-hoc initializations and background processes previously started from workspace scripts in the squeaksource.com image. These are consolidated here in a class under version control. SSImageInit is used for the squeaksource.com image, and may not be compatible with the configuration used for source.squeak.org.
