Store external files in Monticello

TFFiler creates "file container classes" that can be stored in Monticello and used to re-create the contained files when desired or automatically when first loaded from Monticello.

Entire directory trees can be loaded and restored.

File data is stored in compressed format in class methods.

Tested in Pharo 1.1.1 on Linux, OSX, and Windows.
