(In Dutch: Digitaal Genootschap voor het Verleden). See also http://dgv.aardworks.nl/ This project, supported by a research grant from the Dutch government, aims to build a peer-to-peer network for exchanging historical knowledge between hobbyists and professional institutions. However, the 'history' angle will be mostly through content and membership, the software itself will be usable in completely different environments.
